Welding
In our weld production area, our skilled welders can produce various weldments by utilizing spot welding, dual shield, mig and tig welding. Our common production weldments vary in size from weldments that will fit in the palm of your hand up to weldments weighing 8,000 pounds.
With heavy headstock and tailstock weld positioners, we are able to rotate very large weldments into nearly any weld position. Our weld area is set up with two, 5-ton overhead cranes along with five, 1-ton jib hoists.
Along with our welding capacity, we have the tooling experience to build weld fixtures from the prototype stage up to the production level, as well as the related turn fixtures needed to rotate the weldments into position.
