Many companies achieve one or two of these goals. Here at Premier Fabrication, we strive to achieve all three. When our customers lead times are short, we can make the conversion from an AutoCAD drawing file to CAM very quickly and get them the parts that they need.
Oftentimes we turn laser orders around in three to five working days, depending on the job. Our Cincinnati CL7 1700-Watt Laser Center enables us to cut flat parts from a variety of material including
- Aluminum (20 gauge to 10 gauge),
- Stainless steel (28 gauge to 10 gauge),
- Galvanized steel (24 gauge to 11 gauge), and
- Carbon steel (24 gauge to 1/2 inch).
Our dual pallet machine offers a table size of 74" x 144" to accommodate large sheet sizes.
We have utilized Cincinnati Laser Center for 10 years, so you can count on us to get your job done right.
We added a Cincinnati CBII Press Brake to our laser cell in order to improve our productivity and minimize our lead times.
