Forming

We utilize CNC hydraulic press brakes to achieve higher quality levels with our production parts. Our operators and tooling specialists undertake big challenges by thinking "outside the box" and performing work that others turn down because of the level of technical difficulty.

Using our laser capability, matched up with our Custom Team's tooling expertise, we're able to make our own prototype form tooling to bend parts with unique geometry specifications. Once the tooling is tried and tested, we can then proceed with production quality tooling to produce parts to satisfy our customers expectation.

The typical thicknesses of material that we form range from 24 gauge through 1 inch.
